Refund & Return Policy
Our policy is valid for 4 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product for a refund. If 4 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

An error occurred on our side during fulfillment or shipping.
Non-Returnable Items (For Health & Safety Reasons)
Due to the nature of our herbal and health products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if:
The product has been opened.
The product has been used.
The safety seals were removed.
The product can be contaminated after opening.
This policy ensures the highest health and safety standards for all our customers.
Return Conditions
The product must be unopened and unused.
It must be in its original packaging.
The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Shipping Costs
the issue is from our side → We cover all shipping costs.
If the customer chooses to return the product → The customer covers the return shipping fees.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days using the original payment method.
