Refund & Return Policy

Our policy is valid for 4 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product for a refund. If 4 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

Eligible Return Cases

You may request a refund if:

  • The product arrived damaged.

  • The product is not as described or the wrong item was delivered.

  • The product was expired upon delivery.

  • An error occurred on our side during fulfillment or shipping.

Non-Returnable Items (For Health & Safety Reasons)

Due to the nature of our herbal and health products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened.

  • The product has been used.

  • The safety seals were removed.

  • The product can be contaminated after opening.

This policy ensures the highest health and safety standards for all our customers.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unopened and unused.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Shipping Costs

    • the issue is from our side → We cover all shipping costs.

    • If the customer chooses to return the product → The customer covers the return shipping fees.

Refund Processing Time

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days using the original payment method.
